This is Cotton! He is a house rooster.

The kids who his owner is baby sitting dont really like Cotton and Cotton is scared of the kids (he will peck) so when they want to sit at their table they sit in the pen so they dont bother each other (sometimes cotton is the one in the pen lol). Keep in mind the kids and Cotton have known each other for years and this is just what works for them.

The kids are not being abused like some people are implying lol they are spoiled rotten when Cottons owner watches them its just these pens are great for keeping nippy roosters away from toes.

Cotton has a facebook page that is very cute and positive i highly suggest it as his owner is a very lovely and nice woman.
